If you’re looking to change your life, this is the place for you! I joined Hench nearly two years ago. At the time I was desperate for change and knew I needed support, structure and to be educated on how to train properly. I got into the best shape of my life through the encouragement & expertise of the incredible coaches, an amazing safe environment and built such a strong fitness foundation in myself. From there, I got married & got pregnant and I’m still training right up to being 39 weeks pregnant. I wouldn’t be here without my journey at Hench and I know I’ll be stronger for life because of them! Cant wait to see what life will be like for me post baby! I joined HENCH 2 years ago as a complete beginner and have been training there consistently ever since. Would really recommend Hench to people at all stages of their fitness journey. The supportive and collaborative coaching style has really helped me on my way to achieving my goals and its been great to see how I'm progressing week on week. Who are HENCH coaches?
Our coaches are highly experienced and hold bachelors and/or masters degrees in exercise science in addition to industry specific personal training qualifications. They undergo regular, rigorous training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest in strength training and coaching techniques.
HENCH coaches are experienced, qualified strength coaches and among the top 1% in their field (as well as being sound & down to earth), so you can be confident that your program will help you achieve your goals as efficiently as possible.
What is Small Group Strength Training (SGST)?
SGST is our approach to delivering one-on-one expertise within a small group setting—usually fewer than six members. You each follow an individual programme at your own station with reserved equipment, but train alongside others for added support, camaraderie, and fun.

How often will I meet with my coach?
Most members meet with their coach 2–3 times per week during small group sessions and communicate daily via app or messaging for check-ins, progress tracking, and extra support.
How does my coach measure my progress?
We use medical-grade body composition technology to track changes in body fat and muscle mass. Strength progress is recorded in our training software. Your coach also checks in on energy levels, sleep quality, and mindset to form a complete picture of your health.
How customised is my training program?
We create each programme after a thorough assessment of your goals, current fitness, and any limitations. Exercises, weights, and volume are adapted to your abilities—then advanced as you improve, so you keep progressing without injury or plateaus.

How do I book a session?

Is there a limit to the number of sessions I can attend?

Does your nutrition guidance accommodate specific diets?
